I am aware ive consumed too many biscuits , pasta meals etc... once i start i cant stop..I've noticed then ive fallen asleep ..i have somr disability and not active..i have never liked fruit , and have fructose intolerance . I overate the other day , zonked out..checked sugars (have monitor since was pre before years ago) going to bed 4.7 waking 7.8. i dont pee much but also don't drink enough water. but i can wake and despite 3 cups water day before , i need to pee lots. my hba1c was ok 2 months ago 41.. its when after eating them i feel thirst. does this make sense to anyone . im also being seen for depression due to issues and that doesn't help..i get a boost then a crash

All you can do is to control your food intake!!

think too late but peeling more whrn lying bed., not when get up also if constipated no urge to pee tilll laxatives work then go loads ..cateract op one eye..optician say looks better. i find very hard nir est biscuits etv due to depression and other issues living alone.. live on lot ready meals but trying to cook which is hard. have a caerer once week cooks a dinner for 2 dsys bur then crave sugar. feel awdul till have some
