what is your FBS, PPS and Random we will take as 400. Is this despite taking medicine or you are not under medication.
Are you taking high carb food?
In that case I am not competent to reply
Could be a number of things... If you are on a pump you may have pump failure, You may have some infection you're unaware of, or you could even have lump problem with insulin absorbency, or even stress will do it! Not very helpful but just thought I'd mention some of the things that could do it
Hope you can figure it out otherwise contact your diabetes team
Surely if your type 1 you take insulin??
