Diabetic for last 3 years, seeking cure

Being a vegetarian it is difficult to follow lchf, was looking for cure and found lwmdr that has cured Mr.George. Read some members experience as well hence thought of starting lwmdr. Started it yesterday. Though the reading is still high on ppbs, hope it will get better with time. Just wanted to know how much time would it take to show positive effect, can anyone on lwmdr comment? Cheers Atul.
