I ve had a mouth ulcer now for 8 days. At first it was bothering me (not painful) now nothing as if its not even there. Would it be possible to get an advice of how to get rid of it? It’s around 3-4mm in size. The redness improved. I never had fever of anything just it bothers me when the tongue hits it. Hopefully it’s nothing serious. Please help if you have any advice
