No treatment since lockdown.

Just a day or two before the first lockdown I was due to have an impression taken of my top teeth. Obviously that couldn't go ahead.I contacted the dentist towards the end of last year only to be told they were only taking on emergency cases because of COVID.

If I get the same response the next time I contact them. Can I demand that he completes the treatment started before the outbreak of COVID?

Since the first lockdown I have had no top teeth which can make eating some things such as toast difficult.
