Bone through gum like a new tooth weeks after extraction

I had dental extraction weeks ago and have no issues other than it's like a new tooth coming through gums , is this normal I went back and had check up and he said no infection and a little bit of bone exposed so long as no issues is this ok to be left???

Yes can be a normal thing to happen. If it starts to bother you they can file it down a bit.

Yes it can happen I had the same last December eventually there was enough of it through the gum for me to be able to just pull it out as your dentist has seen it, is fine
