Hey so when ever I breath in my upper third molar hurst, when ever I drink water it hurts. I have never been to a dentist in my life but I think it’s because I have fear of being judged over the piled up years. The pain started at 2 in the morning it’s not 5 and still sharp excruciating pain. What can I do?

A photo of my upper molars is that decay and plaque will the dentist be okay to help me at this stage?

No-one will judge you so visit a dentist. They are nowhere near as scary as they used to be.

Hi, does look like decay to me. Sensitivity to cold and sweet are also signs of decay. You won’t be judged at all by your dentist- I’ve been in dentistry for ten years and have seen FAR worse. From your picture all I can see is one cavity. Best to go and get it filled now or you could end up needing a root treatment or extraction. You’ll be absolutely fine, just make the appointment and tell the dentist you’re nervous- they are there to help you.
