Lumps on top of tongue

I’m new here. I have found a number of painless lumps/tags on the back of my tongue. I have post nasal drip & don’ know if the two are connected. Any ideas please?

If you are having doubts regarding the lumps on top of your tongue, it might be a sign of tongue-tie. It is usually seen in kids and babies. But if you are experiencing the symptoms such as pain in the jaws, migraine, unable to open the mouth widely having difficulty eating or talk etc. then there are chances it will be tongue-tie.
