My grandmother's disfigured teeth

Hi everyone,

I could use your advice on this.

My 55 yr old aunt slipped in the bathroom and fell on the floor landing on her face. Her jaw was hurting when she gained consciousness. When we tried keeping ice packs to numb the pain in the jaw she opened her mouth and we could see the front teeth completely disfigured but not bleeding. She had bruises on the face because of which we couldn't take her immediately to a dentist for the treatment. When we finally took her to a dentist they offered us several options to do crowning of the teeth which can help her cover the disfigured teeth and save her confidence of facing people. She has medical insurance but not dental insurance. Will, that effect in covering the procedure under insurance itself? PFM crowns would do better or ( phelandental.com/services/p... ) porcelain crowns which are handcrafted to our requirements? Metal crowns are a definite no because she found herself uncomfortable imagining having them in the front teeth itself.

Thank you
