Try rinsing your mouth with a small amount of milk of magnesium I've heard that works well 👍

I also had this problem after giving up smoking. Yes milk of magnesia or any chalky indegestion medicine helps for a while as it coats the mouth. Someone suggested to me using toothpaste for sensitive teeth and this was the best idea anyone could have given me.

Also Corsodyl moutwash is briliant at keeping ulcers away. Even if I bite my cheek or snag my gums with a toothbrush by mistake, Corsodyl will stop an ulcer forming if used almost immediately.
