So i have noticed that occasionally when I brush my teeth that my gums are bleeding. I've not experianced any pain before during or after this happens. And have noticed my gum line is also receding. What could this be?

Unsure as to what I have

Oral care requires lot of effort. It is required to visit dentist halg yearly for scaling. Lot of drbris build ovet s period of time even ig u have been brushIng up well. These debris cause bacterias and bad smell and dammage the gums and make them loose.
Better visit a dentist for scaling and do it regularly before it gets too late like in my case. I have done lot of damage and now I am trying some ayurveda techniques like oil pulling as I feel dentist don't have much hope to repair me. Let me try my luck with ayurveda.
Hi Hamush, If you haven't already, my advice is (yes go to the dentist) but importantly also the hygienist. I have some receding, and had bleeding gums. A visit to the hygienist , plus following her advice has stopped the bleeding. If your gums are receding you want them to stop asap. You might have gum disease, just be brushing too hard, or have vitamin deficiency ... a hygienist can advise you properly.
