Dental Phobia

Hi,

I am anxious about my dental visit. I have to take root canal treatment for my premolar. It is a 2 step procedure. The last day I made my first visit to the Appleton Dental, Whitby (appletondental.ca/), but it took too much time for the doctor to make me calm. It was awkward. I felt shame. They advised me and explained the procedures. The next day I have to make my second visit and I am worried about it. How could I control my dental phobia? Do I need to use any drugs? Suggest some ideas.
