temporomandibular joint

So I've been diagnosed with TMJ. I've had for 5 months. I've tried everything, from Advil, painkillers and now Botox. I've also suffered severe migraines for 5 years now. I don't know what else to do. It's gotten worse. I can't hardly open my mouth, sleep or eat. When I sleep, my jaw feels so heavy. Even if it's closed or open. I need some help or some advise on what I should do.

Good news! I had exactly your condition. After having me final full upper Dental prosthesis put in place. I wasted a whole Month at physical Therapies. Finally my last ditch effort to get better I turned to my Chiropractor...after 5 sessions I was FULLY functional. He helped me with the right exercise to open my mouth wider and wider each time. Go to YouTube and search Chiropractic and TMJ. Good Luck!
