Hi, my mum did. There was quite a wait, she then bought a puppy. Hearing dogs agreed to assess if he was suitable for training but it meant he would be away for a few weeks and if he passed the test then mum would have to go too. She decided against it in the end, I think she just wanted company as it was just after dad passed away. The people from there were very pleasant and explained everything carefully. Let me know if you apply how you get on. On another note I've had an email from action on hearing loss re subtitles on on demand TV. They asked I sent an email to parliament about the lack of this service. I have bought door bell that flashes from them in the past so they do email from time to time

Thanks for sharing I will let you know how I get on with the hearing dog charity.

I have a door bell that flash,s too, it works a treat, I also found away for my iPhone to flash too when it rings, it makes to so easy to find as I can't always tell where sounds are coming from.

A are you going to write to parliament ? It can't do any harm, good luck!

Sub titles are not good for me all the time because my eyes and vertigo are annoyed by it and I can't get my eyes to look back at picture quick enough and then reAd as well, not sure if that all makes sense ?? Hey ho xx

Have a lovely day xx
