hi I am so frustrated and tired a couple of months ago I received from my solicitor a large envelope inside I had to fill in all questions which I did but believe me they was a lot. One of the questions asked how long we have lived in our home I said in this home seven years.. so I sent my completed questionnaire back to my solicitor. After a while he sent me the same questionnaire from my ex-husband had filled in it states that he has never lived in the family home, he may have visited once or twice, but that was it so now I am having to prove that he lived here. Photographs, neighbours statements. Now He wants to know, how much money I have in my bank account no problems £400, I’ve had a heavy couple of months with car breaking down and with the house building and car insurance. What he is trying to do is drained every penny from me. Five eviction. notices. I can’t begin to tell you how depressing., how frustrating, how tiring, this is doing to me My mental health is taking its toll but I have to continue. I will continue. Do you know why ? it’s not just for me? It’s for all women who are being abused., used, by the people who should’ve loved them as we love them. the abuse violence cohesion your name I’ve suffered it. I’m also still waiting for the crown prosecution service to decide to bring charges. They are slow to stop but I must carry on. I’m going to ask you please remember me in your prayers. Ask God to strengthen me and give me the courage to carry on. Because at the moment I just want to run away and hide.. I know I can’t that’s what I want to do next week. I travel to Birmingham to see my barrister then on the 10th of September I see the judge by then hopefully I will have everything I need my solicitor and my barrister can handover the bundle, so I’m waiting and I pray, I ask you to pray for the judge to see-through his lies.
