Today I broke the vacuum cleaner and a ice cube tray. This from the person who can't open a jar to save herself and has to ask for help. Take that and stuff it you old PD. Muscles 1 and PD 0.
I think it would help if you knew a few things - I'm 5'and 3/4" and I weigh about 103lbs and anyone will tell you I'm a whimp .

I'm working on muscle tone . I have it where I don't want it. And not where I do. I'm on the computer when I should be doing my workout. Oh well, got to have some fun!
hi i have los tsoem weight and do nto have a probelm with that
but i think ti si cos of athe PSP (Like parkinsons) but different part of hte brain affected and no meds ot help
my exericise routins i s now v limite do TAI CHI oNCE a week; breahtiagn and singing in a choir ; aexercises with a parkisnosn group once a fortnight; doing ex a thome with myh carer in the winter weather
how about on some days it's all 3 - on purpose, frustration and accidently. there's times I think it's so god can have a good laugh.
In answer to MyownPOV 's question about hard time typing I was no wiz before PD so I'm no sure if I do or don't but again you'd get a good laugh if you watched me some days. Never knew that I would find humor in having PD and all of you. THANKS for being here - you give me answers, laughter, food for thought and more. It was a good day when I accidently found this site.
i take a Qi Gong course (pronounced Chee) once a week and practice it daily. I don't know where i'd be without it. It's low-impact so hurting myself seems to be out of the equation. you can pick it up at youtube or get a dvd from the library,
