DBS/NO-DRUGS OR ON DRUGS holiday,. Can you tell you have a DBS ?

Last weekend. ran out of meds . I thought I would be okay with having the DBS I was anything but okay.. I was unable to get out of my chair . When I did my legs would not move.

Then my arms and hands. THIS CAN NOT BE RITE ???

Sounds strange that you'd have so much effect immediately. ....what drugs are you taking and how much?

Hiya pd drugs per day

18mg Ropinirole 3 x 6 mg

Co-beneldopa 8 x 125 mg told to take two 4 x a day . . I take one 8 x a day because I can't go for 8 hour without even though I am in bed. Can you ?

Please keep in mind that

DBS is not a cure. It takes a while for your Dr. to get the settings right. I had DBS surgery in 2007 and now I'm on a very low dose of meds every day but I still take them. I don't really present much tremor anymore. I've had pd for 18 years now. Good luck.

not that it matter please tell ,how much madopar or sinemet you on pre DBS also post surgery
