Day 4

Well we are all ready on day 4 of the retreat and I have done yoga twice a day except for yesterday. My knee is still bothering me but to shall pass! Actually it was a fairly quite day so not much to tell. So hopefully I will have more tomorrow.

i took my brother to hospital yesterday and it has been confirmed that he has Parkinson he and his wife both have learning difficulties she has epilepsy and thrombosis i want to get them moved to my area so i can be there for them but have no idea who to contact for help i would be very grateful if someone here could tell me how i go about this
