Just a note.... The BIG therapy was initiated and developed by Becky Farley PT PHD at the U of A in Tucson AZ. She continues to be a leader in exercise as a fundamental solution for neuro disorders utilizing neuroplasticity.

How does one go about getting this sort of therapy?

My neurologist referred me to a physical therapist who is BIG certified. I live in the USA and Medicare and Tricare paid for treatment.

Went through this intense therapy which really works if one keeps up with it after therapy ends.

I do 3 or 4 of the seven BIG exercises a few days a week. It really works. I am much more limber and flexible and my balance is extremely good. I can't remember the last fall.
