Kiwi Fruit

I have been told that eating two kiwi fruit about one hour before going to bed can help with sleep problems and wondered whether anyone had tried this. I am going to try it as it is a natural remedy and am sick of tablets.

:-)

I have tried just about most things except tablets to sleep, I refuse to use drugs because no matter how good a sleep you have you are never your best next day.

I always awake by 2 am, then it is nodding off for short times. I think if you find something that works do it.

I read applesauce + plain yogurt + walnuts is good at bedtime. I tried it and it's good. I also take clonopin, valerian and melatonin. I'd like to get off the clonopin, but sometimes can't sleep due to ab pain. Sleepy Time tea is good, too, plus a cracker or two.

Wel l l l , Tell us!!!!!!. Hundreds of eager parkies are setting by their screens, awaiting the answer to the question, "Did two kiwis at bedtime make her sleep?"

(Sue, Please excuse the wierd sense of humor, I really would like to know if it worked.)

Well, Ronn I hope you have been taking regular breaks and not sitting for too long in front of your screen. Unfortunately, the kiwi fruit at bedtime did not help me to sleep. However, as I rather enjoyed them, I may well continue with the experiment!!
