.... "To talk of many things:

Of hopes--and fears--and feeling-lost--

Of babelings--and things--

And whether I should work or not--

And whether pigs have wings."

I was never any good at deadliness, there was always a last minute tweak I wanted to do before I handed it over, Sometimes this included re-doing the whole thing.

Now deadlines are a nightmare, not only do I still have the perfectionist streak but I have to build in time for the Devil's Puppeteer to play his games. I dread Thursdays at 10:00, that is when I sit down with my manager and discus the tasks for the week. I am sure he thinks I'm being evasive when I um and arr about the time-scale, I just don't know any more.

I would love to get out but that first leap of faith is a huge one.

I don't no how many of you folk are still working, the pwps I mean, and I don't want to stop but the babelings of making good of a bad situation wont pay the bills.

Sorry folks, it's a negative sort of day.

HI ajr! Beware the Jabberwock, my son! haha -- not to make fun of your typo but there is a certain deadliness about deadlines :)

I was always a horrible procrastinator all my life. I developed PD noticably at age 62 so 10 years now. I am finally on time for things because i had to take the Access-A-Ride and if I was late, I missed it and missed work. But I still procrastinate on things like buying people presents. Otherwise, I'm right on it. Better late than never :D Of course, I'm retired so have fewer deadlines .
