Have you tryed to contact Parkinson's uk Scotland , the support worker that cover this area is Louise Buchanan and she is fantastic her number is 01786 433811, i have and do get great sypport from them and my PD nurse that i see every 3 mts, , i see you live in or near prestwick , i visit my Mum whi lives in Troon , and the next time i go down ill send you an email if you wish to chat, its a pain this PD stuff however we on the site support as best we can

Hi. There is a PD UK support group which meets in Troon at Portland Church Hall on a Thursday afternoon and getting in touch might be worth considering for face to face support. Lorna Fraser is the local support worker and I can give you an email for her if you want to message me.
