I read a tip on weight loss that said many people confuse the brains trigger signal for thirst with hunger, so they eat instead of drinking water, I realized that I do this! Now when I start roaming the kitchen I ask myself are you REALLY hungry or just THIRSTY. Often times a glass of water was all I needed..

I put a quart of water on my coffee table and drink it before noon. Also a cup of coffee. Otherwise I'm very dry. 93 degrees today in New York city.

Staying well hydrated also protects your kidneys. Hubby had blood work last week, He went backing pushing fluids and he went back to normal. With the heat is more important than ever to drink water. Drinking an 8-10 oz glass of water each time you take your meds is a sure way to get a lot of it in.

No reminder needed when you live in Arizona. We've already had temps above 110. :-(
