I have been getting Omprazole for over 2 years , As they give me the run's

I stop't taking them. Now I am like a pot belly pig.:- ( .Can any one tel me what

would happen if you stop Omprazole ?

I take Omeprazole as the Requip gave me dreadful heartburn. I am now on Neupro patches and still get heartburn.

The Omeprazole works really well but it does affect the bowel somewhat.

I've been taking Omeprazole for 8 yrs now with Requip like Caroline. I haven't had any side-effects or heard of anyone else having any until now.

You should have weaned off them slowly. They work on the acid in the stomach and suddenly stopping them can make your problems worse.

My husband takes the "O" pill everyday. It is Prilosec, which is for heartburn and indigestion. I guess some of the meds he take cause upset stomach, so that is why he takes them. I started giving it to him every other day tho.

I have really bad Acid Reflux and take two Omeprazole tablets: one in the morning as soon as I wake up, and one before I go to bed. It works well for me.

I take Omeprazole for reflux. I believe PD or Meds have affected the control of my stomach. it affected my voice and I have on and off an unexplained cough. I also have a windy tum.
