I have found that adjusting my expectations about how I 'perform' and not getting stressed out about the changes in performance which have happened helps a lot - though it's not always easy! Cialis or viagra also helps!

Thanks for the response. You are correct, it is just frustrating to go from a perfectly healthy performance ability to hardly any. But I have learned that some ability is better than none, but my ability to satisfy my wife with some great massage helps her still be able to enjoy an orgasm, so that is worth it.

You're welcome. It's not easy to talk about this stuff with anyone and it's good to know that there are other guys out there having issues with sexual function too which can be incredibly frustrating. My main issue is limited ability to move in a natural way rather than with erection, although that can be a problem sometimes.

glad to talk on a sensitive and vital part of being healthy despite the PD. I have found if I take my PD meds I can move for the most part, I just can't get the erection needed to penetrate and then get the ejaclulation satisfaction. I may get a weak one or not at all. My doctor recently gave me a prescription for injections to use prior to sexual activity but I haven't had the chance to get it filled yet.

After trying every med on the market, going through clinical trials and nearly giving up, my husband had a penile implant inserted. Helps immensely but he still has problems with orgasms due to the neuropathy.

Damn, I thought it was me. My problem is not that I can't get an erection but it's that it takes forever to ejaculate. A quickie for me is an hour or so. At first my wife loved it now she just can't take it as much as I need it.....has caused a few problems, nothing unfixable but needless stress.

the injections my doctor prescribed are going to cost $375.00 for six. A high price to pay for attempting to have a healthy intimate sexual experience with my wife.

I miss my slow swaying womanly walk and I think big movement therapy will help regain some of it.
