Has anyone heard of this...? And if so, what do you think about it?

Who Zhittya is:

Zhittya Genesis Medicine is a Nevada (USA)-based biotechnology company, working to treat diseases which are responsible for the deaths of millions throughout the world. A lack of blood flow is responsible for varied and heterogeneous diseases ranging from coronary artery disease, stroke, diabetic foot ulcers, and vascular dementia

A lack of blood flow is also speculated to be the cause of other neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s Disease and Alzheimer’s disease, where Zhittya has been conducting research to potential treat these diseases.

Zhittya Genesis Medicine’s administration has expended over 20 years and $150,000,000 USD in developing FGF-1. This molecule is capable of growing new blood vessels in ischemic tissue in a process known as angiogenesis. By growing new blood vessels in the human body, Zhittya believes that FGF-1 could reverse the root causes of those aforementioned vascular diseases by reestablishing the blood flow in the parts of the body that need it most.

FGF-1

FGF-1 is a naturally-occuring biological protein responsible for the growth of new blood vessels in the human body, known as angiogenesis, and can promote the growth of new neurons, known as neurogenesis.

FGF-1 is the principle molecule responsible for natural-angiogenesis. Natural angiogenesis, the growth of new blood vessels, occurs every time you get a cut, scrape, or other injury. The FGF-1 will promote blood vessel growth to heal the area effected by the traumatic event.

Zhittya believes that slow and debilitating diseases that do not have the initial-traumatic event, such as the case in diseases like coronary artery disease and vascular dementia, that the body is unable to make enough FGF-1 to effectively heal the area.

By introducing FGF-1, we believe that we can are able to replenish the blood supply to the areas lacking proper perfusion, thereby treating the disease in the affected area. As seen in the following slides, FGF-1, was able to do exactly that. FGF-1 grew new blood vessels in individuals suffering from a coronary artery disease in a US FDA Phase IIA Clinical Trial. In the image you can see how FGF-1 was able to grow around blocked arteries in the heart and relieve no-option heart patients of some of their symptoms.

Zhittya and FGF-1 have been discussed. There is skepticism because they have charged for the treatments and did not conduct the necessary clinical trials showing measurable results.

I also have mentioned a biochemistry and immune system connection concern with their growth factor: they need to prove that compound does not also promote cancer, since angiogenesis is a significant way by which cancer cells retired or defeat the immune system's natural programming to shut down growth in the case of cell dna that have been somehow compromised or mutated. Apoptosis and programmed cell death are critical mechanisms by which the body kills cancer cells before they can fully propagate and migrate. As some of you may be aware, very definition of cancer at its non-scientific core concept is that of unrestrained growth, for which it gained itcs original name back in the day ("consumption"). It wouldn't do to create a gain of function of enhancing blood supply, such as already occurs with such benign growths as polyps and both benign and metastatic cancers (such as those occur in our skin, ie integument, and our mucus tissues (ear nose and throat, intestinal tissues and gut and colon), only to find that the blood supply enhancement is that the expense of the entire person... We already have a former cancer that does this today and is, as it happens to be, a skin growth factor that helps speed breast cancer on its way.

The kind of money they say they've been spending though, you wonder where they get their dough.

Then there's this which I found on Reddit.

Also I found this in the search engine, which is a search print of a Facebook page (I could not access the actual Facebook page because I don't have a Facebook account).

Plus a number of SEC and civil court litigation of various kinds through the years, same guy.

They are conducting 'Medical Studies" to determine the best dosage . The company has proven that their product does increase blood flow to the brain. Several people had brain scans completed before treatment and again 6 months later. Results indicated a 21% increase in blood flow to the brain. Soon several more patients will receive their 6 month scan and a few their 1 year scan. I think Zhittya is a company worth watching their progress. They have a web presence pd-studies.org You can sign up to receive email updates from them

I would like to introduce myself; I am the 23rd patient to receive the FGF-1 treatment after living with Parkinson’s for 15 years. In October 2022, I contacted Zhittya to participate in their study. I underwent a comprehensive screening to ensure I did not have any conditions that would exclude me from the study. I was required to sign an informed consent document outlining the risks and benefits associated with the study.

Following my initial treatment in November 2022 and four subsequent redosings, I now feel that I have gained control over Parkinson’s, rather than it controlling me. Many of the non-motor and motor symptoms I previously experienced have significantly diminished. I have regained my cognitive abilities, and I no longer suffer from sleep disturbances, fatigue, or orthostatic hypotension. My balance has returned, and my tremors, dystonia, and slowness have lessened to tolerable levels. I have regained hope!

While I still see myself as a work in progress, I continue to improve with each redose. The most significant change is that I no longer feel I am in decline due to Parkinson’s.

Yes, the patient currently funds the treatment. When considering whether to participate, I realized I had everything to gain and nothing to lose except for possibly not having a new car in my garage. I regard this decision as one of the most significant and positive decisions I have made thus far.
