I wanted to highlight our free online exercise offerings for Parkinson’s, particularly as the weather gets a little cooler, and some folks might be looking for online alternatives.
Each class is taught live, tailored to the preferences and needs of those attending that day, and we don’t record them. All of our classes are FREE and are led by a physiotherapist and a speech-language pathologist with extensive experience working with individuals with Parkinson’s.
Click the link - johnmdean.com/exercise-classes - for a listing of all of these classes and links to registration for all our free online exercise classes as well as a downloadable PDF for sharing. I am also placing the links below in the first comment for anyone who doesn't want to visit an external page.
Thank you, John
PS: This post replaces the previous post that linked to WeTransfer. Thanks to everyone who gave me input on the prior iteration.

My husband has been attending the Morning Wake Up Call (at noon our time 🙃) for over a year and it has helped him a lot, especially with voice problems and quicker thinking, as well as balance.
