What does Hoehn and Yahr stage 3 look like?

Please a send a link to a video if you know of one. What does H&Y stage 3 off look like? What does UPDRS part 3 OFF = 46 look like

I read papers that are always mentioning stage 2,3 etc on/off, but those descriptors don't form an image in my head of what this looks like - typically. I know everyone is different
