Re-sharing some bright light stuff I posted a year ago:

I am not an expert on Bright Light Therapy but it looks useful and I have been trying it for a while. Surprisingly, it may be best to do before bed.

There is the Celeste Phototherapy clinical trial but the person needs to be able to do appointments on zoom to ask questions of the participant and I think that it is only for those who are on medication like sinemet or similar.

Search ebay for Lastar Light Therapy Lamp, UV-Free 12000 Lux and you will find some for about $40.

I applied for this trial but there is not a participating doctor in my area. I'd love to hear more about your experience with your self-trial light therapy.
