Are you tracking your symptom progression?

I was prompted to ask this question by Farooqi's recent post.

How many of us are tracking their progression using the UPDRS scale or otherwise?

I'm 2.5 years post-diagnosis and my neurologist has done this a few times using the UPDRS Part 3 scale (which assesses motor progression).

My scores are taking in the "OFF" state and have been fairly consistent around 21-22 since my diagnosis, although it has been 10 months since my last assessment.

I'm due another assessment in Nov. My tremor has become a bit more prominent recently, so expecting some change in my score.

Just curious if others are doing similar and what kind of progress you might be seeing at various stages of the disease progression.

"Tracking your progression" with the focus on the last word... means accepting the downward spiral, that is supposedly our inescapable fate... Stop this negative feedback loop today!PS. Tracking symptoms is fine ofcourse. But make sure that you also see the improvements!
