Lots of thoughts on this subject here:
I know that ivermectin worked well killing worms in the GI of my dog (rescued), but it was a difficult first night for her.
I went through a 6 weeks deworming protocol, I had to take Ivermectin once a week and I must say that I felt better those weeks.
