Excellent news.

Funding for research, more training of the medical field in treatment of people with Parkinson's when they are in the hospital (provide medications at the correct time to avoid "off" times, teaching emergency department triage that a person with a UTI who has PD needs to be treated quickly and not left in ER for hours!) and more.

Is all of that spelled out? I got the feeling it was more like a proclamation that they recognized that there was such a disease. I'll be much more excited if it causes the things you list to happen.
