Acceptance… 👌What a wonderful way to sign off from the Parkinson's world. Not an active CP member, JonStamford, but definitely involved in the PD movement! I recommend everyone to read your captivating posts on your website, but this concluding one is a must-read!

Thank you very much for sharing this. Very insightful and also very encouraging to read of someone who has been diagnosed for 17 years and is still relatively stable. I'm sorry that I wasn't exposed to his writings until his last effort.

17 years and can still write like that? That is something to aspire to.

Thank you for sharing. I’ve studied Jon Kabat-Zinn‘s teachings for many years regarding acceptance. It’s critical and it does not mean giving up. Quite the opposite.

Nice find, well written. I remember the name, but never stuck with his blog. Seventeen years as well myself Jon. What say you we check back with each other in seventeen more?

Best,

Eric
