Yes, interesting in many ways. When Elon points out that cars are basically robots, I wonder if he is considering how many car accidents happen every day. Also, he says as long as we don't program ai to lie, we should be fine ... good luck with getting humans to avoid that, right?
I think he foresees no one owning a car but a fleet of self driving cars like Ubers being available everywhere. That way they all basically have 1 central brain so in theory there should be no accidents as they are all 100% aware of each other at any time. So there should be less accidents. The only accidents then should be eg a train hitting a car or a landslide etc or a pedestrian or cyclist walking in front of a car.
He reminds me of Edison. Everything his Engineers come up with or that he has bought was invented by him. I believe that he is trying to take over the world like the cartoon series "Pinkey and the Brain" but which one is Musk and how close is he now.
Elon is talking to Peter Diamontis here- he is doing some really great work in the anti aging / health Care realm. The article about the mesh is from 2015- I wonder when we will hear more about it. I didn’t watch the whole video, maybe they talk more on it.
Peter wrote a book with Tony Robbins a few years ago where they talk a lot about new advances in many different areas. It’s called Life Force. They talk a lot about these “moon shots”
