Vibrotactile Gloves

Trying to get the gloves done by someone else. He suggested that he can make a custom PCB instead of the Arduino and make it more compact.

I don't understand any of this so what are the key elements that have to be there:

1. 167ms stimulation on each finger?

2. Duration of pause between each two fingers?

3. Order of stimulation? Linear (fingers 1 to 4 in serial order or 1, 3, 2, 4, or random?

4. Any specific vibrator? Will coin motor work? I read somewhere of the plunger design, what is that?

5. Stimulation with 30% noise, I read somewhere. What is that?

6. Any other specific suggestions?

Friends,

Since I am getting this made via someone else, I need your help in communicating the key elements that have to be there, else it will be a waste of money.
