I've been doing Organ imagery as I'm swimming. This really seems to help with my coordination strength, each of movement and efficiency.

An example would be as I'm doing the crawl strokes imagining lungs are doing a figure 8 around my heart. The next step would be that this movement is propelling my arms in the stroke. How long have you had PD symptoms for? What stage is your parkinson's? And do you feel your PD progression is under control and minimal?

The tremors began in 2020. I feel the vibrations mostly in my left arm, some in my right hand, left leg and mouth. No freezing gait or impaired balance. My left hand would flop like a fish out of water bit now is tolerable. I feel it's under control right now but I'm doing a lot of self care to minimize it. How about you?

Good that you have taken this direction early. You also described in your bio that you underwent stem cells therapy and the changes you experienced. How expensive is stem cell therapy in the US? I hope these alternatives become very effective in treating your pd. Best luck

Thanks for asking. I went to Costa Rica for stem cells.. it's very expensive but got 500 million. Over 35k. You can't get that many in US. I'd received 10 M in US and noticed a small diff but experts say you need 50 M minimum.
