Not sure how to answer this one. I don't think anyone can predict with accuracy how it will affect someone as each case is individual. As it is the brain that is affected it is probably more difficult to predict long term outcome.

It appears that some people progress quickly and others more slowly. That seems to depend somehow on whether you have a tremor or not. Think Jill is right when she says it is many things under one umbrella - PARKINSONS.

So does having a tremor go with slow progression or faster progression?

Not really sure but belive having a tremor means progression may be slower. But suppose each person is different.
