I have observed that when people are using an alias that they seem to think that they are safe to say what ever they want without fear of reprisal , lawsuits or charges of defamation or patent infringement.
It just is not true . The little stuff will be ignored but you could walk into a big time problem if the stakes are high enough. By law this website must identify you if requested by a warrant.
If you had a bad experience with a doctor or neurologist or hospital , maybe you should not mention names.
If you are in a study maybe you should look at the contract before you tell the world the details on the progress.
If you are trying to break a patent beware the company has lawyers who can gather information here just like you can .
Just thought I would mention , that freedom of the press and free speech have limits . If you can prove that what you said was the truth then of course it will, probably stand up in court. maybe
