We've got a long way to go, but here's some encouraging news from Blue Rock Therapeutics.

Tilo Kunath, a professor of regenerative neurobiology at the University of Edinburgh, also finds the results exciting. “I think it's excellent,” he says. “I think it has a real chance to reverse motor symptoms, essentially replacing a missing part.” However, it could take time for this therapy to become widely available, Kunath says, and patients in the late stages of the disease may not benefit as much."

I am pro life and will not partake of any therapy that uses embryos in its development. But the adult stem cells being used in Japan are of interest!
