I remember him on British TV discussing benefits of fasting. Here he talks about thinking about thinking of exercise. He mentions a study that brought to mind a study from several years ago. College students were divided into two groups. One group spent an hour a day shooting baskets at the free line. The second group didn't touch a basketball but spent that hour a day VISUALISING shooting baskets. At the end of the month the first group had improved their free throws by 60%. But the non-exercising group improved their free-throws by 40%.
