My husband has listened to all of their podcasts and enjoys the banter and humour during their broadcasts. An interesting note, they all have personal trainers to help with exercise.

Hi Zelĺa. They do. How many of us can afford one of those. In terms of the group of peopĺe involved they're all privileged. They should includè somèone more 'ordinaŕy' to provide balance. However, taking it for what it is: it's informative in an entertaining way; some great guests.

Definitely they should have different guests, and they are in a privileged position. I worry about a personal trainer having expertise in PD, my husband has a chronic back issue as well which always bothers him with many exercises and if it gets worse than his ‘normal’ which is just about manageable he’s in agony!

I wondered what the hell do a bunch of Brits know about exercise. Except for Roger Bannister, I believe he was the first dude to break the 4-minute mile. But I got bored and finally listened. I'd forgotten that the accent makes everyone sound super-smart. AS they were talking I kept hearing cartoon elephants from Disney's The Jungle Book.
