Well done and thought provoking.

I don't know about other people, but my despair peaks at the point I wake up in the morning. Fortunately the despair diminishes as I start my day (and fortunately I have learned that the despair WILL DIMINISH once I start my day). By the time I go to bed I am feeling pretty positive. Until I wake up.

I think Oxytocin nasal spray (one spray each nostril twice a day) is helping.

Anyway, TMI from me and GOOD JOB YOU!

Thank you! I’m glad you have found things to take that help you and like you said just knowing it will pass. Luckily I’m not in despair most of the time, I’m actually a fairly chipper person. I’m that person who goes around in the morning saying GOOD MORNING ☀️ and everyone will grunt lol 😂 I’m so glad you enjoyed the poem I just want people to feel even when in despair there is a new Dawn right around the corner ✨✨
