Wow! Chia seeds are high in fiber. Bought some a few months ago as an ingredient in overnight yogurt with oatmeal. Haven't gotten around to making yet though. Hubby with PWP experiences constipation regularly - even prior to PD. Should get off my butt and make this healthy breakfast/snack for us both,

Have bought prune juice and somehow stopped. Thanks for the reminder.

However, MarionP - does not taste like Dr Pepper to this palate. 😜

i tried various products, from plums to fiber. Most of these led to the opposite problem, diarrhea. Then tried Motegrity. Once daily has solved the constipation/diarrhea problems.
