I’ve just started this therapy with Benfotiamina. Capsules of 80mgs 4 per day. It’s very low?

Benfotemine is not recommended for the b1 therapy. Recommended is b1HCL Oral or B1 sublingual.

I get 100 sublingual tablets, each 100 mg, from Amazon for $7US . Worked very well for me, above the waist no signs of Parkinson's. Still have balance and walking issues.

The B1 sublinguals work for me too, above the waist. Legs and feet still heavy with balance and walking issues.

how did you start the b1 protocol i have tried but just cannot figure out how much to start of with.... i am having reactions that seem to get worse with each day......

I started with a 100 mg sublingual tablet twice a week. Slowly increased until current dosage of one each day. I have been following that dosage for a year plus.

As I said previously, it has worked very well for me.
