At night 20 minutes after go to bed I not feel any tremor then I can walk very well but 30 minutes after wake up in the morning PD tremor return hard.I take L/C 4x daily.
Does anyone know why that happens?
Something with the circadian cycle?

I have something similar: I get up in the morning feeling fairly good until I take my first levodopa pill of the day, which for a short time makes me worse, but after 30 minutes, say, I begin to feel better. I put this down to endogenous dopamine being created and stored overnight. And, possibly, taking exogenous levodopa/dopamine switches off some local production.
the natural dopamine cycle peaks at midnight and is at a low at midday. Refer to line A on graph.
Same for me, suspect lying down helps even during the day .
I do not know why but I am just the opposite. My nights are hell but days are not too bad. I get quite shaky and anxiety from supper time . I have trouble getting to sleep even with sleeping pills.
