We watched the latest presentation with Doctor A Fosano and found his information and breadth of knowledge regarding treatments and his opinion on them, fascinating stuff!

He is also of the opinion that the placebo effect has a very strong influence on people and can last up to 18. months! Bit tricky for people when trying something out, to help themselves know if something is truly effective or not!

Thanks very much for all your hard work with the presentations of No Silver Bullet.
