Covid and side effects

The Covid I had in August left me short of breath. So for me it became problematic to do physical activity and in particular the high intensity one. Has anyone observed this?

Very welcome. Seems to be some symptom overlap between L/h covid, PD and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. Somebody clever might work it all out soon. Here’s hoping. J

my coronaversary was nov 2020..i lost 13% lung in addition to 30% lost to pd.. hang tough.
