Interesting stuff Farooqji. It would be great if you could join one of Marc's weekend Zoom calls to go into more detail.

Could it be that your just getting fitter
Great! How much are you taking, and how long before you noticed an effect?
Also curious why you selected these herbs…and which ones you stopped.
These herbs were selected based on some known references ( people who use it, although they were not PWP but they used it for the muscles strength) and a lot of available literature. Also the amazone reviews. Shilajit dose 400 mg daily. Raw tribulus extract 4 ~ 5 grams a day and musli safed 4 ~ 5 grams a day
it looks like all three increase testosterone.

from what i understand this could help increase muscle mass. Endurance also?
Why did you discontinue all other supplements?
I discontinued all other supplements for apparently getting no benefit from them. Also to check the effect of these three herbs in isolation
What tells you that your endurance has improved? Resting heart rate?
hubby took shilajit a while back for a while. I’m not sure of the effect on him. I have some in the cupboard so could give it another go although he is plodding along ok at the moment.
Did you every try horny goat weed for Icariin? If it is testosterone helping this might also be good. It seemed to reduce apathy in hubby a while back when he took it but I think it slightly increased the anxious feeling.
also rhodiola rosea seems to help
No I have not tried horney goat weed as yet. Testosterone deficiency is common in PD patients and very much treatable. May be the reason for improvement in symptoms and increase in energy level is due to this aspect in my case. One approach to battle this horrible disease is to treat it symptom by symptom. For example for muscle weakness one can choose the supplements and herbs that improve the muscle mass and strength. Similarly the other symptoms (constipation, sleep apnea, brain focus etc) when treated in isolation, cause the overall symptoms relief.
I’ve taken tribulus off and on pre-exercise for over a decade. Certainly gave me energy
