I just read the reviews of his book on Amazon and, based on the negative reviews, it does not look promising. IMO.

I use his method....like all exercise it helps...but it is also creativity and music. O didnt put a review but i will defo add a positive one

I watched several. The one about the interview was interesting but at times was hard to understand. The drs sounded interested in what he had to say.

i read the book and tried the best i can. I start with slow classical music, pretend conducting, bringing in as much passion as possible, then some more staccato rhythms, like salsa or latin jazz, then i go to african or indian drumming....then to something still...to slow down.. keep conscious of breath and body.

I got to those from another you tube video. I'm not good with computer skills and I'm having trouble typing. I thought the information was interesting and gave some different approaches to helping people with Parkinson's. I apologize if it made it difficult to track down. Thanks for straightening things out.
