Watch for timing medication

At present I use my mobile phone for alerting me to medication times but I do not always have this within reach and would like to find a watch which I would wear all day. I tried the one from the PD Society but found it too difficult to set the alarms. I do not want to go to the expense of an Apple Watch. Any suggestions?

PS I asked my GP about the Kinetigraph watch as reported in the Guardian several months ago but she said it is only being trial in London and one other area.

The easiest thing I have found is my apple watch and an app named Mr. Pillster. Thee watch I have is thee SE. It's connected via Bluetooth ( I don't pày any monthly fees). It has other features that make life easier for me, the ability to send and receive messages and calls, and fall detection that will notify your emergency contacts.

You can get a refurbished Apple Watch here:

backmarket.com/en-us/l/appl...

That’s what I did.

I use my Garmin Fenix 7 watch because I hike a lot and it has GPS and maps and emergency alerts on it. But it allows me to set 'alerts' through the clock function so that it goes off when I need my meds and vibrates while on my wrist. I love it. I also have a med reminder on my phone. I use them both. Garmin is expensive, however, they have cheaper versions you can buy that probably allow the same 'alert' setting function thru the clock interface under settings.
